Committee members gather for a photo shoot at the 2011 Summer Soiree fundraiser Researchers from Stony Brook's Neurology Department participate in numerous clinical trials for the treatment of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. Researchers in the adult and pediatric MS centers participate in multinational databases, cutting-edge therapeutic trials, genetic studies, neuroimaging, novel techniques in neural stem cell research, cognitive and fatigue issues, cerebrospinal fluid diagnostic studies, and basic models addressing the care of MS.
