An accomplished researcher and clinician, Dr. Vadhan has joined the Department of Psychiatry as a Research Assistant Professor. His expertise centers around substance abuse and comorbid psychiatric disorders.
Kyle Lapidus, MD, PhD, joins Department of Psychiatry As Assistant Professor and Director of Neuromodulation, physician-scientist
Dr. Lapidus will conduct translational research on the biological bases of mood and anxiety disorders and test new, innovative treatments.
David Chesler, MD, PhD, a board-eligible pediatric neurosurgeon, will emphasize less invasive techniques for the removal of brain tumors, the correction of craniosynostosis, and the surgical treatment of epilepsy in both children and adults. His appointment in the Department of Neurosurgery will begin in August.
Karen L. Medin, DO joins Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. A board-certified neurologist, Dr. Medin has joined our team of epileptology experts. Dr. Medin brings expertise in epilepsy, seizures, electroencephalography, evoked potentials, intraoperative monitoring and general neurology. She is currently accepting new patients.
